Home Inspection "simply put" is a comprehensive
"Visual Evaluation" of the systems and
components of your home. It covers numerous items such as in the photo
to the right.
A complete full home inspection takes on an average between
2-4 hours, and you are highly encouraged to attend so we
can verbally explain what we are inspecting and what it means to you.
Our home inspection reports are full colored with digital photos of
deficiences found. We note safety - maintenance
and informational issues you might
want to address. |

| Your completed
home inspection report is usually ready for viewing within 24
hours from the time the inspection ends. It will be e-mailed
to you in a PDF format
to the address you supply at the time of the inspection.

Remember:
The cost of a full home inspection is small compared
to what you are buying.
